Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, incorrect color choices, or change of mind. Please make sure to carefully review our size guide and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your claim has been approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for items that are worn, washed, or ordered in the wrong size or color.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
